Kevin Jameson - Chairman

As Chairman of the Board, Kevin is responsible for the overall governance of Milestone Group.

Kevin has more than 20 years experience as a senior executive director, both locally and internationally, in the general management and development of financial markets businesses and products.

Kevin’s extensive international career includes Director of the Sydney Futures Exchange, Managing Director of Chase AMP Futures and County NatWest Capital Markets in Australia, Japanese Country Manager for National Westminster and Regional Director of NatWest Market’s Treasury and Capital Markets operations in Asia, and Managing Director NatWest Capital Markets in the United Kingdom.

Kevin is a Senior Fellow at Macquarie University where he lectures in Financial Markets and Financial Engineering in the Master of Applied Finance program.

Kenneth Gibson - non executive Director

Ken is a non-executive board member providing business advisory to the Milestone Group team. He has extensive experience in assisting export-oriented, fast growth companies in managing their strategic planning through their growth cycle.

Ken spent 15 years with McKinsey & Company as part of their Global Strategy Practice. Ken was one of the 3 leaders of this global group responsible for the Asia Pacific region.

Ginaflor Oris - non executive Director

Gina is a non-executive board member representing the interests of Ayala Group, a minority institutional shareholder in Milestone Group.

Gina is currently Chief Financial Officer of the AC Capital Division of Ayala Corporation, having been with the Ayala Group for 15 years. She started her career in Ayala Group as a Bank Officers Development Program trainee in BPI and progressed to Senior Manager-Team Leader in BPI Capital Corporation's Corporate Finance Department.

Gina obtained her B.S. Mathematics, major in Computer Science degree from Ateneo de Manila University and her Masters in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Gina is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

William Stuart Crosby - non executive Director

Stuart is the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Computershare Group in November 2006. He has been with the company for over 10 years and joined the Milestone Group board in 2008.

Before becoming CEO, Stuart was the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.  He also spent several years running the company’s operations in Australia, New Zealand, India and Hong Kong, and played a key role in building the company’s interests in Asia and Continental Europe.

Prior to joining Computershare, Stuart was the National Head of Listings at the Australian Stock Exchange and held various senior roles with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

Stuart is a member of the Nomination Committee and the Acquisitions Committee. He is based in Melbourne.

Geoff Hodge - Chief Executive

Geoff has over 20 years of experience in Australia and internationally in the development and management of operations and technology for large financial services businesses.

Geoff is a co-founder of Milestone Group and responsible for ensuring that the company is correctly positioned to deliver applied innovation to its clients through both Technology offerings and Business Solutions (Advisory).  He was previously Director of Operations and Technology and a Board Member of Rothschild Australia Asset Management with responsibility for company-wide technology support.

Prior to that Geoff had global responsibility for operations and technology delivery as an Executive Director and Board Member of a leading global bank in London, and as Head of Regional Operations based in Tokyo.

Geoff’s career has been spent pioneering and delivering major change in Regional Processing Hubs, Straight through Processing, Production and Risk Management, Service Improvement and Decision Support.

Mark Walsh - Group Managing Director

Mark has over 20 years experience in financial markets via a range of senior management roles in Australia and Asia. Mark is now responsible for the general management of Milestone Group with a key focus being the optimum deployment of key personnel and resources.

Mark has previously served as Managing Director of Natwest Capital Markets and as Regional Chief Operating Officer for Natwest Financial Markets in Asia Pacific. He has also served as a Board Member as Finance Director and Managing Director for a range of companies.

He has had considerable experience in successfully managing companies/divisions through critical growth phases. As COO for Natwest Asia Pacific, Mark was responsible for all elements of strategic planning, risk management and resource utilisation.

Phil Davies - Chief Technology Officer

Phil is a co-founder of Milestone Group and is responsible for pControl and pQuant product development.

Phil has 20 years experience in financial markets technology and management roles in the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Australia and Singapore.

Prior to Milestone Group, Phil was Head of Technology at Rothschild Australia Asset Management (RAAM) with companywide responsibility for Fund Accounting, Registry, Decision Support and Client Servicing applications.

Phil also worked as a senior technology consultant in London and New York taking leading roles in the development and implementation of technology strategies for clients including Citibank, ABN Amro, BZW and Nomura Research Institute.
